How Do I Register?

You may Register via EMAIL at Registrar,
Provide us your full name, mailing address, contact phone number and we will contact you.

You may Register via MAIL. We ask that you contact us Via email or phone so we make sure have the correct information.
Download the registration form, fill it out and mail it back to us at the address provided.

What is the cost ?

All our camps cost $600 USD or $660 Canadian. There is 5% GST charge on any customers from Canada. There is also a $15 fee for all credit card transactions.

IF you are paying by credit card, you will be charged $660 Canadian PLUS the $15 Credit Card Fee. The exchange rate will vary depending on the day and your credit card provider.

All Australian customers will pay Wade Vautier from Outrigger Clothing and At One with the Elements. He is the only dealer for OC Camps in the South Pacific. The cost through Wade is $750 AUD.

Do I pay a deposit or all upfront?

Customers that are paying by credit card can either ask us to take 50% up front and the rest 2 months before the camp. Customers paying by cheque can devide the payment into two cheques, but the first is for 50% and the second must be dated no later than 2 months before the start of your camp.

When Can I register?

Registration is open for all camps. You can register up to 4 weeks before the camp start date. We fill up camps one session at a time. We need 75% attendance before we open the next date of the camp. The status will be shown on the web site.

How do I pay?

You can pay with Visa or Master Card, Money Order, or Personal Cheque. We do not take American Express. There is a $15.00 service charge for all credit card transactions.

What if the date I want isn't available?

To ensure that we have enough paddlers to make the camp run we will hold registration until the previous dates is 75% full. If you want to attend a posted date that does not show open, we will take your information and let you know as soon as that date become open to book. IF the camp is full, we will not be able to add any extra paddlers.

What happens once I register?

Once you register and we have received payment or deposit, we will send you a welcome package that will include a receipt and invoice for the camp. We will also send you a list of accommodation options, camp start times, directions and all personal equipment that is needed.

Can I cancel my registration?

We charge 50% cancellation fee any time after registration. There is no refund up to 45 days before camp start date. IF a medical injury is preventing you from attending, we will offer a 50% refund up to 14 days before camps start date. Special arrangements may be made on an individual basis in special situations.

How Do I know if the camps is full?

We will post status of dates as they fill up on this web page.

What level am I?

If you are unsure of your level please contact us and we can assist in getting you in the correct camp. Use the suggested prerequisite as a guide. If you are unsure, call us for advice and be ready to give us details of your experience and racing.

What happens if not enough people sign up?

Pogue Sports reserves the right to cancel any booking and offer a full refund (not including on line processing fees) We may adjust program to accommodate small numbers and still run the full program. We will give all customers the options for a refund or to run different camp.

What our Hawaii Winter Camp Includes

- All members receive a high performance jersey
- 8 coached outrigger sessions over 5 days
- 18 hours of paddling over 5 days
- video review with analysis on the first and last day - training in high performance OC 1 / OC 2 and OC 6's - take home drills and skills to continue your training back home.

What our Hawaii Winter Camps DOES NOT Include

- Medical Coverage for paddlers, please get your own travel insurance
- We do not supply transportation to and from and airport or hotel
- We do not supply lodging or hotels
- We do not supply paddles, unless we are asked to bring one for you
- We do not provide meals or personal clothing.

We recommend that all paddlers bring proper clothing, sun block, personal medication, and paddling equipment that you use back home
